About Crave
Crave is all about creating joy-filled moments you’ll never forget. What started with a family trip to a shaved ice stand on a hot summer day has grown into a full experience company dedicated to bringing fun, flavor, and celebration to every event. As an Executive Chef with years in fine dining, retirement communities, and country clubs, I always believed food should bring people together. During the pause of COVID, I realized how important those small, happy moments with my wife and son were. Watching my son’s face light up over a simple shaved ice sparked an idea: why not share that magic with others? That’s how Crave Dessert Truck was born. Today, Crave goes beyond desserts. We still serve our signature shaved ice, novelty ice creams, and fresh-baked treats, but we also bring the party with Crave Foam Parties, Crave Bubble Parties, and even Crave Snow Parties. From sweet bites to mountains of foam, clouds of bubbles, or a winter wonderland in the middle of summer, Crave delivers the ultimate all-in-one event experience.
